Benjamin Villalon studied Kinesiology with the intention of becoming a Chiropractor. After over a year of medical school he realized that he wanted to work with a full range of clients and decided to become a personal trainer.
With a degree in Kinesiology and Health, he worked as an independent trainer out at a privately owned fitness facility called The Flex. For the last 2 years, he’s worked in a commercial facility primarily with injury rehabilitation and holistic medicine.
With his programs, he focuses on achieving absolute health for his clients through personalized nutrition, and a strength and conditioning program individually tailored to their needs. They range from long term weight loss to rehabilitation for injury, building muscle to athletic performance.
