“I have been training with Benefitnessnow for about 2 months now. My trainer, Lindsey, is awesome! He definitely challenges me and pushes me to make sure I am meeting my goals. When I first started training, I thought a 40-minute workout session wasn't long enough.... I was SO wrong. I typically end my workouts sweating, muscles sore (in a good way) and feeling great for the rest of the day! My mood has improved, and my sleep is so much better! My clothes are fitting better now too. In addition, I love the team! Benji, the owner, values his clients as well. He checks on us weekly and has such a positive attitude.
