Ask the Trainer Workshop:

The “Ask the Trainer” Workshop includes demonstrations, group discussions, practice, and coaching with feedback. Your participants will have the opportunity to ask questions with a qualified fitness professional. Instructional Course Options include:


  • Fitness Equipment Training Course – The Must-Have gym equipment your residences will need to maximize their results, how to properly utilize gym equipment, training info, etc.

  • Resistance Bands Course “Get Better with Bands”- The fundamentals of training with bands so you can dramatically accelerate your results.

  • Health & Nutrition Seminar – weight loss essentials, healthy eating on a budget, etc.

After training together, he’ll set you up with a customized 7-day meal plan based on your eating habits.
