Working out with a partner not only will motivate you but increase your bond together through our couples training package. Each training session is tailored to each individual’s needs and will help form and guide you to reaching your fitness goals.
With this package, you will meet one-on-one with Benjamin online, two to four times per week for online personal training. You will exercise, learn, and plan your healthy lifestyle via live video call. We will work with you via our preferred communication method – Zoom. Benjamin will formulate custom workout regimens based on your needs, and together, you can track and review your progress through the online fitness portal. With this plan, you have round-the-clock access to your online trainer for questions, comments, and feedback. All you have to do is sweat!

We offer both online and in person coaching to guide and help you with your nutrition. BENEFITNESSNOW will help you design a nutrition plan that will work for you and push you towards your goals.
