With virtual personal training, you will meet one-on-one with Benjamin online, two to four times per week for online personal training. You will exercise, learn, and plan your healthy lifestyle via live video call. We will work with you via our preferred communication method – Zoom. Benjamin will formulate custom workout regimens based on your needs, and together, you can track and review your progress through the online fitness portal.
The benefit to virtual personal training is that not only are you in the comfort of your own home, but you have access to your trainer around the clock and can track and review your progress whenever you need to.

Benjamin Villalon studied Kinesiology with the intention of becoming a Chiropractor. After over a year of medical school he realized that he wanted to work with a full range of clients and decided to become a personal trainer.
With a degree in Kinesiology and Health, he worked as an independent trainer out at a privately owned fitness facility called The Flex. For the last 2 years, he’s worked in a commercial facility primarily with injury rehabilitation and holistic medicine.
